Area Cleaning Supervisor/Facilities Support

We're looking for an Experienced Area Cleaning Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.

Rate of Pay: £14.93 per hour
Position Type: Permanent
Type of Employment: Part Time
Hours: 30 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 15:00-21:30 Monday to Friday
Location: GPA, Stephenson Street, Birmingham, West Midlands, England B2 4BH
Contract: Government

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage a cleaning team across multiple sites, including recruitment and staff development. To include completing training records, associated documents and updating both folders and online documents.
• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard. To included compiling rosters, scheduling, covering shifts and all related tasks
• Provide technical training and ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed. To include risk assessments, COSHH and related documents.
• Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels. To include audits and staff support where required.
• Address issues professionally and elevate to line manager when necessary. To include RTW, 1 to 1s and associated tasks.
• Available to work on additional sites where required.

• IT literature as will be working off phone and on company portals.
