Area Manager, 24/7 Fulfillment Center – Lead Ops

Ocado Logistics is seeking an Area Manager for the Bicester Customer Fulfilment Centre. You will lead, motivate and support an operational team to maintain health and safety standards, drive engagement and ensure KPI delivery in a dynamic, 24/7 environment.

The ideal candidate will have warehouse or logistics management experience, data interpretation skills, and knowledge of warehouse management systems. The role includes a 4-on, 4-off 12-hour shift pattern with day and night slots.
