Lead day-to-day operational performance across a large FMCG manufacturing area. Drive safety, quality, productivity and cost performance. Manage and develop operational teams to deliver business objectives. Lead continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives. Act as the senior operational decision-maker outside normal business hours.

Ideal Candidate

Experienced operations leader from an FMCG manufacturing environment. Strong people manager with a track record of building high-performing teams. Passionate about continuous improvement, safety and operational excellence. Confident making decisions in a fast-paced production environment. Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience would be advantageous.
