Area Sales Manager - Industrial Automation

We are looking to appoint a dynamic and commercially driven Area Sales Manager to manage and develop the South East, London, M1,M3,M20 corridor territories.

The Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing existing customer relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities across a broad range of industrial sectors including OEMs, systems integrators, and end users. Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and growing an established sales territory.
• Developing relationships with OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and end-user customers.
• Identifying new project opportunities and driving specification sales activity.
• Providing technical and commercial support across our client's automation portfolio.
• Working closely with inhouse technical specialists and support teams.
• Delivering against agreed sales targets and growth objectives.
• Maintaining strong market awareness and competitor knowledge. Candidate Profile We are keen to speak with ambitious and technically capable sales professionals currently operating within industrial automation sector or engineering sales related technologies. Suitable backgrounds may include:
