Area to be covered: North of Thames up to Milton Keynes

Remuneration: Up to £48,000 + Up to £10,000 Bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager –Porcelain Surfaces/ Slabs will involve:

·Field sales role selling a manufactured range of large format porcelain slabs for kitchen worktops, furniture, flooring, wall cladding and facades

·70-80% of your time will be spent stimulating demand with kitchen retail showrooms, smaller amount with architects, interior designers, housebuilders

·Remainder of time ensuring 100% of the revenue is fulfilled through an established base of stone and worktop fabricators

·Inheriting an area turning over approx... £400,000 (circa 80% of target YTD)

·Four days per week on the road visiting customers, typically 4-5 appointments per day

·Assisting with merchandising, training, developing and nurturing kitchen studio's, kitchen & bathroom retailers as required

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager –Porcelain Surfaces/ Slabs with:

·2 years+ field sales experience from within the kitchen & bathroom industry

·Ideally sold into a mix of customers to include; stone and worktop fabricators, kitchen retail showrooms, architects, interior designers and housebuilders

·Driven and motivated to succeed

·Hardworking/ honest

·Professional and prepared with strong organisation and territory management capability

·Prepared xwwtmva to do long days as required
