Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the assigned sales area.
- Manage, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to optimize performance.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficient processes.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders within the territory.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales leadership role, with a strong track record of success.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop a sales team.
