What You Will Be Doing

WearelookingforAIengineerswhobuildandshipagenticAIsystemsinproduction.YouwillworkatthecuttingedgeofagenticandgenerativeAI-designingmulti-agentpipelines,integratinglargelanguagemodelsandvision-languagemodelsintorealworkflows,anddeployingthemintosecureandair-gappedenvironmentsfordefenceandnationalsecuritycustomers.

Thisisadeliveryrole.Youwillownfeaturesend-to-end-fromdesignthroughtodeploymentinconstrainedenvironmentswherereliabilityandsecuritymattermorethanspeedtomarket.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect,build,andoptimisemulti-agentAIsystemsusingframeworkssuchasLangGraph,Haystack,orequivalent
• IntegrateLLMsandvision-languagemodelsintoagentworkflowsforreasoning,search,summarisation,andtaskexecution
• DeployAIsystemsintocloud,on-premises,andair-gappedenvironments
• Buildproduction-readypipelinesfromdataingestionthroughtoinference
• ExperiencewithobservabilityforAIsystems,includingagentbehaviour,modelperformance,andfailuremodes
• Collaboratewithengineers,productleads,andcustomerstotranslaterequirementsintoworkingsystems
• Contributetoevaluationframeworks,systemintegration,andperformancetracking
• ActasatechnicalauthorityforagenticAI-settingdesignpatternsforjuniorengineers

Requirements

• Commercialexperiencebuildingmulti-agentoragenticAIsystemsinproduction
• StrongPythonskillsandhands-onexperiencewithLLMframeworks(LangGraph,LangChain,Haystack,orsimilar)
• ExperiencedeployingAI/MLsystemsintoproductionenvironments
• FamiliaritywithDocker,Git,andcloudplatforms(AWSpreferred)
• Understandingofsecuredeploymentpatterns-air-gapped,on-premises,orsovereigncloud

• Experiencewithmultimodalreasoning
• ExperiencewithedgeorofflineAIdeployments
• FamiliaritywithKubernetes(EKS/OpenShift)formonitoringandmanagingdeployedapplications
