Artisan Baker – Bread & Viennoiserie Specialist

Ole & Steen is seeking a skilled Baker for our Greater London stores. You will produce breads, viennoiserie, pastries and daily made-to-order items to a consistently high standard.

We require 2+ years of bakery experience, knowledge of dough fermentation and baking science, and a solid food-safety approach. Early mornings and long standing are part of the role; you'll report to the Head Baker and collaborate with teams across the site.
