Arundel Luxury Wine Bar Lead – Guest Experience

Digby Fine English in Arundel, West Sussex, seeks a hands-on manager to lead the daily operations of our luxury English sparkling wine bar. You will ambassador the brand, uphold standards, host tastings, manage reservations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will oversee opening/closing, stock, health and safety, train casual staff and drive retail wine sales and Digby Club memberships. A full UK driving licence and hospitality leadership experience are required; WSET qualifications
