Asphalt Plant Operator – Training & Team Growth

Holcim operates a busy asphalt plant at Sharpness and is looking for a reliable Plant Operative to join the team on a permanent site-based basis. You will receive full training across all areas of the plant, gaining experience in asphalt mixing, loading, and weighbridge duties from day one.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:00, with additional Saturdays 06:00–09:00. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and practical skill development within a supportive environment.
