Aspire Pub Assistant Manager - Lead & Grow Your Career

Marston's PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. Be there for the ordinary, and the extra ordinary moments, leading a pub team and delivering great guest experiences.

In this role you'll support the General Manager, drive KPI's, motivate staff across every shift, and take responsibility when deputising for the GM. We offer a performance bonus, staff discounts, flexible/h part-time hours, and training through our Aspire programme to progress to General Manager.
