Aspiring Chef Apprentice — Hands-On Training + Chef Academy

Greene King, the country's leading pub retailer and brewer, is offering an Apprentice Chef role with Hungry Horse. You’ll bring a passion for food and a desire to plate dishes to high standards, thriving in a fast-paced kitchen as you become a valued member of the team.

The apprenticeship runs for about a year and a quarter, with 20–35 hours a week. Training is work-based with Lifetime Training, plus four masterclasses in cooking.
