Aspiring Commis Chef — Day Shifts, Training & Gratuities

The Colonnades at The Signet Library in Edinburgh’s Old Town is seeking a Commi Chef to join a small, friendly team in a Georgian setting. You will assist with daily prep, support both savoury and sweet sections, and help with deliveries and kitchen cleanliness. The role offers training and development opportunities and daytime shift patterns.

Salary is £13.00 per hour with a weekly share of gratuities. Casual hours across the week with typical daytime shifts.
