Aspiring Psychologist: Graduate Learning Support Assistant

Milk Education, a wellbeing-led agency, is recruiting graduates to work as Graduate Learning Support Assistants in a secondary school in West Drayton. In this role you will support vulnerable pupils to improve attendance, regulate emotions, and re-engage with their education.

You will work closely with pastoral teams to help students regulate emotions, rebuild trust, and access learning in a safe, consistent environment.
