Assembly Industrialisation Lead for Production Ramp-Up

Safran Gloucester OE site is seeking an experienced Industrialisation Lead to own the industrialisation activities across Assembly Projects. You will drive cost-effective, high-quality assembly methods and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to meet programme objectives and manufacturing requirements.

You’ll manage production roadmaps, budgets, and ramp-up readiness while promoting Lean principles and continuous improvement across the site.
