Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Assembly Operatives to join a well-established business in Gillingham, Dorset .
This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing high-quality products. You'll be responsible for assembling, wrapping and packing luxury gift hampers , ensuring every order is accurately prepared and beautifully presented for dispatch.
What We Offer
- 13.15 per hour.
- Monday to Friday working pattern.
- Day shifts only.
- 7:30am-2:30pm.
- Immediate start available.

Key Duties
- Assemble luxury gift hampers according to company specifications.
- Carefully wrap products and hampers to achieve a premium finish.
- Pick and pack products accurately and efficiently.
- Apply packaging materials, ribbons, labels and decorative finishes.
- Carry out quality checks to maintain high presentation standards.
- Ensure products are securely packaged and correctly labelled for dispatch.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good manual dexterity and careful handling of products.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Previous experience in packing, warehousing, production or assembly is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking approach.
- Pride in producing high-quality work and excellent presentation standards.
- Flexible approach and willingness to support the wider team when required.
