Assembly Operative

We are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who is practical, reliable and able to take a proactive approach and hit the ground running.

Pay rate £13.00 per hour

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm

The Role

The work involves the hand assembly of MDF-type products.

You will be responsible for:

• Assembling MDF products by hand

• Following basic assembly instructions

• Using hand tools and basic equipment

• Working with the existing team to meet production requirements

• Assisting with general duties across the workshop as required

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Working efficiently and accurately to keep production moving

Requirements

• Previous assembly, manufacturing or workshop experience would be beneficial

• Good practical skills and attention to detail

• Reliable and hardworking

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Must be willing to take a proactive approach and hit the ground running
