Next Generation have been appointed to recruit for an Assembly Operative to work for a well-established manufacturing business who supply into multiple industries. Based in Tewkesbury the Assembly Operative will be responsible for carrying out production and manufacturing operations fabrication of PCBs.

Duties of the Assembly Operative:

Carry out manufacturing and assembly operations in the production of PCBs in accordance with documented work instructions, process specifications, and quality standards.

Operate production machinery and equipment safely, competently, and in accordance with all relevant operating procedures and training received.

Perform visual and dimensional inspection of in-process and finished product, identifying and escalating non-conformances in accordance with the Company's quality management procedures.

Maintain accurate production records, batch records, and traceability documentation as required by quality management systems (including IPC standards, ISO 9001, and AS9100 where applicable).

Meet productivity targets and output standards as communicated by the Production Supervisor, reporting any factors that may affect delivery schedules.

Set up, operate, and carry out basic maintenance and cleaning of production equipment and tooling in accordance with scheduled maintenance plans. xwwtmva

Support the introduction of new products, processes, and equipment by participating in trials, training, and validation activities as required.
