Rotating Shifts | Monday to Friday Week 1: 6:30am - 2:30pm Week 2: 2:30pm - 10:30pm

We are currently recruiting for Temporary Assembly Operatives to join our client in Plymouth.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and growing company, offering ongoing temporary work, full training, and the chance to develop your skills within a manufacturing environment.

The RoleAs a Temporary Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for assembling products to specification while maintaining high quality standards and production targets.

Key responsibilities include:

Assembling products using hand and power tools

Following work instructions and assembly drawings

Carrying out quality checks on finished products

Packing completed items ready for dispatch

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Working effectively as part of a team to meet production targets

About YouWe're looking for individuals who are:

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

Keen to learn new skills

Able to work accurately and with attention to detail

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Able to work a rotating shift pattern

Able to work well as part of a team

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential
