Our client is looking for a skilled Assembly Technician to join their manufacturing team in Wolverhampton . In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components and sub-assemblies to create finished products, ensuring precision and adherence to quality standards. You will work closely with engineering and production teams to meet manufacturing targets. This position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for hands-on assembly work within a progressive manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble products and components according to technical drawings and work instructions.
- Perform quality checks at various stages of the assembly process.
- Use a range of hand and power tools effectively and safely.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor assembly issues as they arise.
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation and adhere to health and safety protocols.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on the assembly line.
Requirements
