You will be responsible for assembling intricate components and finished products according to detailed specifications and quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble products and sub-assemblies accurately, following work instructions and technical drawings.
- Perform quality checks on assembled parts and report any defects or inconsistencies.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Identify and escalate any issues with components, tools, or procedures to supervisors.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an assembly or manufacturing role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with hand tools and basic power tools.
- Understanding of health and safety procedures in a workshop environment.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
