Production Operative | Temp to Perm (Harlow area)

We are recruiting key Production Operatives to join a well‑established manufacturing company based in the Harlow area. This is a temp‑to‑perm opportunity after 12 weeks in a clean, modern working environment, with full training and ongoing support provided.

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Hours (unpaid breaks): Monday‑Thursday: 07:55‑16:40 Friday: 07:55‑15:25 (15‑minute break + 30‑minute lunch – both unpaid)

Duties include:

• Operating semi‑automated machinery and equipment
• Assembling products using small components and hand tools
• Following step‑by‑step processes and digital instructions
• Conducting quality checks throughout production
• Maintaining high accuracy and consistency
• Working effectively within a team

We're looking for people with a strong work ethic, great attention to detail, and hands‑on ability, who can follow digital instructions and work well with others.
