Asset Integrity Engineer

You will be responsible for developing and implementing integrity management strategies, conducting risk-based assessments, and overseeing inspection and maintenance programs. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive asset integrity management plans for mechanical, electrical, and civil assets.
• Conduct risk-based inspection (RBI) and fitness-for-service (FFS) assessments.
• Oversee inspection, testing, and maintenance activities to ensure compliance and prevent failures.
• Analyze integrity data and recommend appropriate repair or replacement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements for asset integrity.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and project teams to manage asset lifecycle effectively.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in asset integrity management within the energy industry .
• Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., API, ASME, DNV).
• Experience with integrity management software and data analysis techniques.
• Strong understanding of corrosion, materials science, and failure analysis principles.
