This varied role will involve managing property performance, coordinating maintenance and planned works, overseeing contractors and maintaining strong relationships with leaseholders, freeholders and other stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as an Asset Manager:

• Managing and monitoring a portfolio of residential property assets
• Overseeing planned maintenance, repairs and major works programmes
• Managing contractor relationships and monitoring standards of work
• Reviewing service charge budgets, expenditure and financial performance
• Maintaining strong relationships with freeholders, leaseholders and management companies
• Carrying out regular property inspections and identifying opportunities to improve asset performance

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential property, asset management or estate management
• Strong understanding of residential property management and maintenance
• Good financial awareness with experience of budgets and expenditure
• Knowledge of service charges and leasehold property would be advantageous
• Strong contractor and supplier management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Professional, proactive and confident approach to problem solving
