Assets Risk Lead — Scale & Governance

Wise is seeking a Risk Lead for the Global Risk team to focus on Wise Assets. This second line role reports into the Head of Risk Product Governance and drives risk management across the asset product lifecycle.

You will embed ERMF into development, enable scale across jurisdictions, provide independent challenge, and partner with Product, Compliance, Operations, Engineering and Legal to balance risk with growth.
