Assistant Buyer - Construction & Procurement

Colten Care is seeking an Assistant Buyer to join the Ringwood-based Development and Refurbishment team. You will support procurement across care home projects, managing materials, tenders, and supplier negotiations to safeguard cost and quality.

The role is office-based with regular site visits, requiring strong organisation, numeracy and negotiation skills, and a practical approach to construction procurement. A relevant qualification in Construction Management is welcomed.
