Assistant General Manager — Coffee & Guest Experience Leader

Trading Post Coffee Roasters is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a busy venue and embody our hospitality and coffee culture. You will drive guest experience, sales, and brand presence while developing your team.

You will work closely with the General Manager to run day-to-day operations, recruit and onboard new staff, and implement training that elevates service standards across the venue. A big personality, passion for hospitality, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
