Job Description

As an Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the venue, ensuring seamless daily operations and an exceptional guest journey. You will set the tone, culture, and standards across all departments.

Contract: Full Time

Salary: £45,000 Yearly

Opening times

10:00 – 20:00

Open 7 days a week

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all front operations
• Build, lead, and inspire a best-in-class team
• Deliver an outstanding, highly personalised member experience
• Drive service standards aligned with luxury hospitality expectations
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and commercial strategy
• Work closely with the General Managerto ensure a cohesive offering

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in luxury hospitality, private members’ clubs, or high-end venues
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills
• Commercially astute with a hands-on approach
• Polished, professional, and guest-focused
• Strong understanding of the expectations of a high-net-worth clientele
