Assistant Head of Home — Lead Residential Care (Flexible)

Buckinghamshire Council in Buckinghamshire, County Wide, is seeking an Assistant Head of Home to lead and develop residential care services in line with regulations and our equality commitments. You will work closely with the Head of Service to deliver high-quality support for children and young people.

The role requires strong leadership, partnership with the care team, and the ability to travel across the county and work unsocial hours when needed.
