Assistant Head of Year – Pastoral & Safeguarding Lead

Sutton Community Academy is seeking an Assistant Head of Year to lead pastoral support and safeguarding, and to build strong relationships with students, parents, staff and external agencies. The role supports the Head of Year in delivering high-quality pastoral care and attendance initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent, GCSE C/4+ in literacy and numeracy, and prior experience in a secondary school with children and families. A commitment to safeguarding is essential.
