Assistant House Manager: Lead Team & Guest Experience

WatchHouse is seeking an Assistant House Manager in London to help lead a premium hospitality team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with the House Manager to drive daily operations, maintain high standards, and contribute to financial performance in a fast-paced environment.

This hands-on role focuses on developing the team, upholding WatchHouse values, and delivering a consistently excellent Modern Coffee experience to guests across all shifts.
