Assistant Leisure Manager — Luxury Spa & Wellness

Ardencote Manor - Hiddenwell, a Luxury Wellness Retreat, is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Leisure Manager to join the team. In this full-time role you will help lead the day-to-day operation of our leisure facilities, ensuring guests enjoy a safe, welcoming and high-quality experience across pools, gym and spa.

You'll work closely with the Leisure & Membership Manager, supervise the team on shift, coordinate rosters and support training while maintaining health and safety standards.
