Assistant Manager, Financial Advisory: Lead M&A & Strategy

BTG is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager or senior advisor to join our Financial Advisory team in the United Kingdom. The role offers exposure to a broad range of advisory assignments, including M&A, Board advisory, transaction services, and lender advisory, with close collaboration with Directors and Partners.

You will support clients, lenders and management through complex transactions, build robust financial models and deliver high-quality client deliverables.
