Assistant Manager — Lead a Busy Coastal Pub Team

The Bamburgh Castle Inn in Seahouses, Northumberland, seeks an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will lead a team, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure standards across service, food, and hospitality in a busy, seaside pub setting.

You’ll work hands-on, mentor staff, coordinate with Chefs, suppliers, and management, and occasionally cover shifts and guest responses.
