Assistant Manager: Lead Care, Team & Store Performance

Boots is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a customer‑facing team on the shop floor, delivering care and commercial performance. You’ll coach staff, manage rotas and drive safe, compliant store operations while role‑modelling excellent customer service. This hands‑on leadership role requires strong people skills and the ability to balance care with results.

You’ll report to the Store Manager and have opportunities to advance into larger stores or broader leadership roles within Boots.
