Assistant Manager — Lead Teams, Delight Guests & Grow

Five Guys in Grays is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead on-shift operations and help drive profitability while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will coach the team, supervise shifts and partner with the General Manager to meet store targets.

The role requires 1–2 years of hospitality management, strong customer focus, and the ability to manage P&L and costs. Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays is expected.
