Redemption Roasters is seeking an Assistant Manager for our St Giles High Street café in London. You will support the store manager, lead shifts, and build a team delivering great hospitality and social impact.

Ideal candidates have cafe/restaurant management experience, weekend availability, and the right to work in the UK. You will coach, lead by example, and ensure safe, high-quality service across all cafe areas.
