HAM. Restaurants is a group of independent and design-lead restaurants and wine bars in Central London. Restaurants consists of Crispin, Bar Crispin, Bistro Freddie, Crispin x Studio Voltaire and Crispin Events & Catering.

We’re looking for a charismatic and kind Assistant Manager to join the team at Crispin. Crispin is a striking glass and zinc pavilion in Spitalfields housing a light-filled dining space and intimate outdoor terrace. Crispin offers modern European sharing plates, low-intervention wines, and a refined yet relaxed atmosphere perfect for professional gatherings, celebratory dinners, or private hire.

Crispin is a very busy and small space, we’re looking for an Assistant Manager who is highly organised, service focussed and can bring a warm welcome to our guests and team a like.
