Assistant Marketing Manager - Social Media & Influencer Marketing Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 Location: Hayes, Middlesex Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm | 4 days office-based

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to join a growing marketing team within a fast-paced, consumer-focused business. This is a varied role covering social media, influencer marketing, digital marketing, content, events and e-commerce, working closely with the Marketing Director and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Marketing Director with the delivery of the overall marketing strategy and campaigns. Manage and develop the company's social media channels, including content planning, engagement and community management. Manage influencer and creator relationships, from identifying opportunities through to campaign delivery and performance analysis. Support digital marketing activity including PPC, SEO and display. Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics and social media tools. Support website, e-commerce and product content, ensuring information is accurate and engaging. Coordinate marketing events, exhibitions and promotional activity. Work with external agencies, suppliers and retail partners to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively. Line manage and support members of the Marketing Executive team. Bring new ideas and identify opportunities to improve brand awareness and customer engagement. About You Degree educated, ideally in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related subject. Proven marketing experience within a consumer-facing, retail or similar environment. Strong social media experience is essential. Previous influencer management experience is essential. Good understanding of digital marketing, including PPC, SEO and paid media. Strong communication, organisation and presentation skills. Commercially minded with excellent attention to detail. Confident managing agencies and multiple projects simultaneously. Creative, proactive and happy to get hands-on.
