Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Estimator / Junior Estimator / Junior QS - Construction / Building Services The Company Our client are a well-established mechanical contractor specialising in the design, installation, and maintenance of plumbing and heating systems across both the public and private sectors. HQ based in East London. The Role - Assistant QS / Assistant Estimator My client are looking for a proactive individual to join their close-knit team. You will need to have a minimum of 1 year UK experience in the construction/building services industry. * Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and tender submissions * Support in the preparation of Bills of Quantities, cost plans, and procurement schedules * Obtain and analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations * Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams * Utilise Microsoft Excel and specific software to analyse project costs, produce reports, and maintain commercial records.
