A young, sociable Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy is seeking a bright and enthusiastic Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their London office.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work within a team of 15+ Quantity Surveyors who work across an impressive portfolio of work including:

High end residential refurbishment - acting as a Quantity Surveyor and Contract Administrator School extension - up to £10m Commercial spacesThe new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will also undertake pre and post cost management services under the supervision of an Associate Quantity Surveyor and Director.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Completed a construction related degree 18+ months, UK quantity surveying experience Pre and/or post contract experience Previous experience within a cost management / cost consultancy practice A proactive and inquisitive nature Driving licenceIn Return?
