Assistant Regional Lead — Education & Engagement

Nudge Education Limited is seeking an Assistant Regional Lead to join its regional team in the Midlands, Northampton/Coventry with travel to Birmingham. The role blends line management, training delivery and assurance of service quality.

You will manage 20 Practitioners, deliver training on key areas such as report writing, student engagement and wellbeing, and collaborate across Nudge Education and Nudge Minds while upholding safeguarding standards.
