Assistant Restaurant Manager
A rare opportunity has arisen for a key position within our award-winning restaurant.
We are seeking a passionate, experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the Ingliston family.
Palomino’s at Ingliston Country Club & Hotel is an award-winning busy and popular restaurant with a team to match.
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, Your Role Includes
- Working alongside and supporting the Restaurant Manager
- Preparation and allocation of rotas
- Team briefings (pre- and post-shift)
- Close Liaison with the kitchen
- Overseeing bookings on our booking system Open table
- Responsible for daily operation of the Restaurant
- Welcoming all guests and delivering exceptional customer service
- Following opening and closing of the business procedures
- Managing and directing staff members
- Communicating with the wider team on any important issues and ideas
- Handling and resolving feedback or issues as they arise
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- At least 1 year experience working within a similar role
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team with great interpersonal and communication skills
- Available to work weekend and evening shifts on a rota basis
