Assistant Retail Manager – Community Store Leader

Marie Curie Burgess Hill Store is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Retail Manager to support the day-to-day running, maximise sales and deliver an excellent customer experience while leading by example and inspiring volunteers.

The role covers merchandising, stock rotation, cash handling, rounding up donations, and community engagement, with supervision of staff and volunteers. This part-time post includes lone-working considerations and 18+ age requirement.
