Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations and team management.
• Assist in training, coaching, and motivating the retail staff to achieve sales targets.
• Contribute to inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising efforts.
• Handle customer service issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
• Assist with opening and closing the store as required.

Requirements
