Assistant Service Manager / Senior Support Worker

The positions are to supported people with needs including learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. You must have full right to work in the UK and a driving license with a car to be considered. You should also be flexible to work across a 7 day rota that includes some weekends. The shifts are 7am - 3pm or 3pm -10pm. You do get your rota 1-2 months in advances and can make some adjustments. This role involves overseeing daily operations within a care environment, supporting individuals with their personal needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
