Assistant Shop Manager – Flexible Charity Retail Leader

Ilkeston Lighthouse Charity Shop is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to support the Shop Manager in leading a team of staff and volunteers, while delivering high standards of customer care.

The role is 15 hours per week (9am-5pm, Mon-Sat) with DBS and other checks; flexible patterns are discussed at interview; you will help achieve sales targets, manage stock and promote a positive shop environment.
