I have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join an award winning housebuilder on a permanent basis, working on a large residential scheme in North West London.

The company have been around for approximately 20 years, and during this time they have evolved into one of the leading housebuilders in the Country, with regional offices across the South East of England.

Their developments range from large family homes and luxury houses for growing families to city centre apartments. They are quality focused and are recognised as one of the leading, most trusted provider of quality homes throughout the UK.

They are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to work on a large residential scheme in North West London, circa £30m in value. This is a long term scheme comprising circa 200 units in total (RC frame and Traditional Build).

They are looking for someone with a track record working on large new build residential schemes and they are ready to start interviewing now. This is a great opportunity to join an outstanding company that encourage career progression within and take your career to the next level.

Experience:

• Ideally Degree qualified or other relative qualifications
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Assistant Site Manager
• Track record working for a reputable housebuilder
• Health & Safety conscious
• Career driven and ambitious
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
• Able to commute to North West London on a daily basis
