Thorn Baker Construction are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a housing developer working across traditional new build housing sites.

What's Needed

2+ years' experience in a permanent Assistant Site Manager position 2+ years' experience working for a housing developer Ideally experience with a PLC housebuilder Strong traditional new build housing experience Relevant qualifications including SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid

Your Role

Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the site Managing subcontractors and trades Monitoring health & safety and quality Ensuring programmes and build schedules are maintained Working closely with the wider site team to deliver high-quality new homes
