Daniel Owen are currently looking for an experienced Residential Site Manager for new build housing site in Newbiggin-by-the-Sea
This role will be permanent must have new build housing experience
Roles & Responsibilities
Qualified to relevant Construction qualifications or significant industry experience including housing & commercial projects. Experienced Assistant Site Manager - working to tight timeframes. Track record of successful delivery of construction projects valued over £1 million in the private / commercial sector. Awareness of the NHBC Standards and compliance requirements. Full UK Driving Licence. CSCS Card. Ideally you will have qualifications that include - SMSTS, First Aid, Scaffold Awareness, Working at Heights.If interested in the position please apply
